How-To-Post a application

Rules:
- Dont post too much applications in one month, one is enough!
- Dont make an application when you not played much (more than a month is acceptable).
- Watch your grammar and dont use emotions to much.
- Applicators under ten is NOT allowed to apply for admin (we want more admins from year 16 and higher).
