Mmmmm as My opinion Iam not saying he is a bad Player but he need more experience, also I told you, you never Colaborate to Gamemode , When i Always Autoforce you set yourself to Human team with f4 and /kill... Learn to play in Both Teams...
You Are not Bad But you need to Play More Ingame I DOnt see you Too much at server...
